CLICK HERE to register. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. When you log back in for the first time, please follow the steps to validate your phone number.
You do NOT need to request a bidder number. Our system will automatically assign you a bidder number when you place your first bid in the auction. It will be a four-digit bidder number. This number will be different every time you participate in a SaleRing.Live auction.
The payment options are dependent on each auction. Please read all sale information at the top of the sale listing to determine how you can make payment.
You will be able to pay with a credit card or ACH if the client has authorized us to do so. All buyers paying with a credit card are responsible for a 3.5% convenience fee that is added to the invoice total.
There is not a convenience fee associated with an ACH payment. You must input your banking information into the ACH tab of your account and then verify the account by clicking the verify button and inputting the micro transactions that have appeared in the appropriate bank account. Please note, it can take up to 24 business hours for those amounts to appear in your bank account. Once your account is verified, you can then go to the invoice and select ACH as your method of payment.
When you click on the sale listing within 30-45 mins of the sale start time, you will see a navy blue button under the sale description that will say “Enter Auction.” Click on that button and you will enter our simulcast screen. You will see the livestream video in the middle of the screen (if you are on your computer) where you will be able to see and hear everything in real time. The Bid button will be to the left of the screen and all you have to do is click that “Bid” button to bid!
This sale type functions just like a live auction but is typically hosted in the SaleRing.Live studio. No extended bidding!
An online sale with a horserace style close means that there is extended bidding until the last person bids and no one bids within the remaining time limit. Example: The sale moves into extended bidding at 7 p.m. After 7 p.m., every time someone places a bid, the clock gets extended for 5 mins within the first hour. If the sale makes it to the second hour, meaning after 8 p.m. the sale will be extended by 2.5 minutes every time a bid is placed. This will continue to happen until everyone has quit bidding.
If you are the winning bidder, you will see a green outline around the lot you have purchased.
